  • Projector Mentorship. I provided HR mentorship on numerous topics, including building effective teams in tech industry and optimization of HR processes.

  • Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2024 in Warsaw. We connected with specialists in the tech industry, deepened our knowledge of tech trends, and gained new insights at workshops.

  • AIPulse tech meetup in Budapest. We met with specialists from niche businesses, university researches and public sector professionals, all sharing their experiences with AI.

  • Wtech meetup in Budapest. We took part in the meetup that connected talented women in tech, discussing numerous topics, including the volatile economy, AI adoption, and risk-taking in the current landscape.

  • IT Arena tech conference in Lviv. We connected with other tech startups, listened to international speakers in the Tech industry, and extended our focus to the new possibilities.

  • Team-building activities. We regularly gathered with our team members to celebrate our milestones (3rd Anniversary), discuss books and movies during our monthly clubs, share challenging experiences, and have fun during quiz battles.

Ann Kuss is the CEO at Outstaff Your Team. After 11 years of expertise in building remote tech teams for startup unicorns and global tech brands, Ann decided to lead a new venture aiming to reinvent the way international tech teams scale. Throughout her career, Ann hired specialists for countless tech positions from more than 17 countries on all major continents. Ann graduated from Kyiv-Mohyla business school, is an MIM Kyiv alumna, and regularly takes part in mentorship programs for junior tech talents. Ann actively promotes knowledge sharing and curates Outstaff Your Team blog strategy, preferring topics that solve practical needs of IT leaders. She believes that structuring business flows (including hiring) is a well-planned journey with predictable and successful outcome.
