New Year, Stronger Us
2022 has not been an easy year, to say the least, but it surely made us stronger. There were many obstacles we had to overcome, a new reality to adjust to, and a great deal of successful moments to celebrate.
In challenging times like these, the true meaning of teamwork becomes very clear. I am proud of the resilience and flexibility our team has shown. We worked side by side throughout the year and stuck to our plans for 2022 despite everything.
Outstaff Your Team in Stats
Before we rush into 2023, here is what this year looked like for our team.
Our Year in Review
It’s a good time to look back at a year passing by, one last time.
January was a month of plans and hopes. We were building strategies for the future, mapping out plans of action, and even started a book club with the core team, thanks to which we have read and discussed 5 books this year.
In February, russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, which prompted us to adjust our plans. We persevered during many challenges, like the Revolution of Dignity in 2014, the pandemic in 2020, so we know how to overcome difficulties and retain a positive attitude no matter what.
March brought us even more motivation and enthusiasm to forge ahead. Many of our teammates outside Ukraine help and back up the ones who are still in Ukraine. The Ukrainian team, in turn, keeps on fighting on the IT and economic fronts.
In April, we celebrated the 1st Company Anniversary in a close circle of our core team members.
In June, we were highly evaluated by clients with an average review rate of 5.0 on such platforms as Clutch, UpCity, DesignRush, Glassdoor, and DOU.
September was a month of pleasant surprises. Outstaff Your Team was officially named as one of the Top Reviewed HR Companies from Ukraine by The Manifest and Clutch teams, which makes the total of 5 badges this year.
In November, we extended our services to cover digital and analytics roles which are in great demand among tech businesses, i.e., Digital Marketing Specialists, Content Writers, Business Analysts, PMs, etc.
A Year of Bravery and Support
As we reflect on this past year, 2022 became the year of great dedication, tremendous bravery, and great fortitude demonstrated by the people of Ukraine.
We’re also grateful to all our clients who expressed genuine support. From allowing their tech teams to move to safe places to sending powerbanks for those who need stable electricity — with partners like this, we know the Ukrainian victory is right around the corner.
We know that the upcoming year will be full of amazing opportunities, joyful experiences, and even more successes.
Here’s to a Happy New Year that lies ahead!
