Happy New Year to our Clients, Partners, Teams, and all the exceptional People shaping the tech space!

When I thought about 2023, I stumbled upon Merriam-Webster word of the year. “Authentic” took the lead, followed by “deepfake”, “coronation”, “dystopian”. It got me thinking that our desire to be or get a hold of something “authentic” describes this year rather precisely in all spheres of our life, and in tech business especially.

In 2023, AI has become a part of much more professional lives than before. ChatGPT entered our daily routine, and my Talent Acquisition team has seen it all — from AI generated cover letters to using it as an interview assistant. I think it’s a wake-up call for the industry to re-think what tech community expect from companies overall, and to re-imagine this path together. I was happy to see that tech companies started to rethink their business strategies en masse. Yet, hiring AI means also hiring… humans to develop it. People remain the moving force of tech business, and their minds are the single authentic business tool for creating meaningful products and services.

Despite the global recession mood, a bunch of IT companies have chosen to grow and utilize every moment to adapt to the new reality. That was a wise strategy, and their bet on developing faster than competitors worked. Among such companies, there were all those who’ve continued and started to scale their tech teams with Outstaff Your Team in 2023. They have delegated time-consuming HR tasks to us, so we took care of their tech architects, developers, designers, and digital marketing teams. Moreover, a significant part of new hires was planned for avant-garde business areas. Among such roles, I can name Blockchain developers for NFT projects or Unity Developers and Product XR Designers for VR/AR projects.

The trust of our clients motivates us to navigate the fast-changing tech talent market in search of the matching talent. This motivation is so strong that we’ve hit new records by increasing one of our tech teams threefold, having filtered more than 32K CVs, and having arranged more than 2K interviews.

A huge compliment to our tech teams who have invested their time, expertise, and effort into levelling up our clients’ software solutions and rationalizing maintenance budgets. We are proud each time when getting amazing feedbacks from the managers, who directly curate their projects.

Cheers to our charming core team that is 2x bigger than last year. That squad builds full-cycle HR processes for our clients and acts as a well-directed orchestra when making each interview, candidate approval, onboarding, and well-being check go smoothly.

As we enter 2024, Outstaff Your Team builds bolder strategic plans — we are to sharpen our hiring techniques, deliver more matching candidates, and level up retention rates for more tech teams worldwide. Stay tuned with Outstaff Your Team to catch the trends and opportunities which make your tech People Ops a piece of cake.
